Dear parents, at this time we have epidemy od hepatitis type A/ disease from dirthy hands/ in Ostrava, so we advise you and your children properly clean hands with soap and water after coming home from schools, kindergardens and shops. We can offer you vaccination against hepatitis A.

NEED FOR PCR COVID 19 INFECTION TEST

Dear parents, in case, that you need to test your child for SARS COVID 19 infection by PCR test,

because of contact with infected schoolmate, write me email with this neccessary informations:

Whole NAME and SURNAME of child, DATE of BIRTH, INSURANCY NUMBER, precise ADDRESS and your PHONE NUMBER, than Name of HOSPITAL or SAMPLING CENTRE.

For setting right date we need pricise dating of last contact with infected person and normaly is on 5 th day the best result of PCR test.

Than let us know the resluts by email too.
